Katie believes yoga is the touchstone transition towards self. Especially in motherhood. Grounding yourself & connecting mentally, physically & spiritually. Bringing this awareness during pregnancy & continuing this journey with baby. Also for mothers with toddlers who feel lost at sea in getting back to their healthier habits & happier days with themselves.

 

Katie's workshops, are held across London. Each workshop with have themes that the yoga practice will be based upon. Her aim Is to encourage women to transport what they have experienced with her back into their day to day lives at home.
